We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return under the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Products damaged through misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

  • Order number

  • Customer name

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

We will provide return instructions once your request is approved.

Return Shipping Costs

Avelric provides free returns for eligible items. Customers are not required to pay return shipping costs for approved returns.

If a return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Any original shipping charges paid at checkout will also be refunded if the return is approved.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide photographs of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.

We will arrange a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After processing or shipment has begun, orders cannot be canceled and must follow the return procedure.
